When transferring assets from a Web3 wallet to the exchange, it's necessary to confirm whether the crypto and its corresponding network are supported.
If a crypto or network isn't supported by the Exchange, depositing unsupported assets may result in loss of funds. In some cases, unsupported deposits can't be credited or recovered.
Checklist
- Confirm the crypto and network on the Exchange
- Open the Exchange deposit page or app, search for the crypto, and please also confirm the network to which the token belongs.
- Confirm the crypto and network in your Web3 wallet
Notes
Before initiating a deposit, verification of crypto and network support should be completed through the official network and token listing information.
If the crypto and its network deposited from a Web3 wallet can be matched on the Exchange, then the crypto is considered supported.
Take USDT as an example: OKX currently supports USDT issued on networks such as Tron (TRC20), Ethereum, Aptos, Arbitrum One, Avalanche C-Chain, Optimism, Polygon, Solana, TON, X Layer, and more.
If USDT in your Web3 wallet is on a network supported by the Exchange, you can deposit it to the Exchange.
