Why hasn't my deposit been credited?

Important Notice:

Due to a platform system upgrade, some deposit addresses were updated on March 27, 2025. Before transferring any assets, please check the latest deposit address and supported network on the OKX deposit page.

Checklist

Select the crypto that is supported by the corresponding platform
Select the deposit network which is supported by the corresponding platform in the Deposit network field

Notes

If you've used an OKX deposit address before, don't worry. Previously used deposit addresses will remain valid and deposits sent to old addresses during this period will not be lost. That said, if you've saved or whitelisted an OKX deposit address, please update it as soon as possible to avoid any issues later.

Please also be aware that some tokens are no longer supported on certain networks. For example, certain token deposits via specific networks may not be supported on OKX. Always verify the supported networks on the deposit page before transferring your assets.

Delayed from block confirmation

You can check if you've input the correct deposit information and your transaction status on the blockchain. If your transaction is on the blockchain, you can check if your transaction reaches the required confirmation numbers. You will receive your deposit amount once it reaches the required confirmation numbers.
