To enhance account security, the platform has updated how sub-accounts are accessed and managed.
Starting September 30, password-based login for sub-accounts will be disabled. You’ll no longer be able to set or use independent passwords for sub-accounts. Instead, sub-accounts can only be accessed by switching from the main account after authenticating through the main account.
Checklist
- After your sub-account is frozen, you won’t be able to use it to trade or open new positions.
- How are trading fees calculated for sub-accounts?
- How do I delete a sub-account?
Notes
The platform will continue optimizing this experience to provide more secure and reliable trading.
Will updating my sub-account affect trading features?
There will be no impact during the update process, but transaction functions will be restricted after the update.
After the update, what’s the maximum number of sub-accounts I can create?
