I.What is additional verification?
Additional Verification is an extra identity authentication process designed by OKX to enhance account security and compliance. It helps ensure the safety of your account and assets.
Checklist
- On the app
- Go to Menu > Profile and Settings > Identity verification
- If you don’t have a current job, kindly select Unemployed and describe your situation in the questionnaire accurately.
- If you work remotely or from home, kindly select Remote and enter your actual physical work location in the work location field.

II.How do I complete additional verification?
Complete the required questionnaire or submit relevant supporting documents as requested by the system. These may include: proof of address, remote access notification, source of funds and wealth, etc.
Note: after you complete the submission, the review will be completed within 24 hours. During this period, kindly pay attention to notifications in your user center.
