Before making deposits or withdrawals, you can check the supported crypto and networks on the website in two ways to avoid issues with transactions not being completed.
Method 1: Check from the deposit or withdrawal page
Checklist
- On the web
- Open the OKX website, select Asset > Deposit/Withdraw.
- Choose your crypto from the dropdown.
- Select the network dropdown to view all supported networks.
- Note: some crypto, like SOL, only support a single network. A notification will appear automatically after you select the crypto.
- Open the official website, select More > Status
- Enter the crypto you want to check
- Select the Operational status to view supported networks and their current status.

Scroll to the Status of deposits and withdrawals section
Note: always make sure both platforms use the same crypto and network when making deposits or withdrawals. Mismatched networks may result in permanent loss of assets.
