Checklist
- How can a buyer cancel a P2P order?
- On the app
- Open your OKX app, go to Menu
- Select P2P trading > Orders
- Find the order you would like to cancel, then select Cancel Order on the order page
- Select your order cancellation reason, and pick Continue with cancellation. You can cancel the order due to buyer or seller reasons.
- On the web
- Log in to your account on okx.com
- Go to Buy crypto > P2P trading > My orders
- Find the order you would like to cancel, then select Cancel Order on the order page
- Select your order cancellation reason, and pick Continue with cancellation. You can cancel the order due to buyer or seller reasons.
- Only the buyer can select Payment completed after completing the transfer.
