What is Proof of Address (POA)?
To help ensure the security of your account, we may sometimes require you to provide a valid Proof of Address. An acceptable document must meet the following criteria: it must display your legal name and your current full residential address, and it must have been issued within the past three months to ensure the information is up to date. Providing a Proof of Address is a standard account security procedure. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Checklist
- Open the OKX app > Select the Main Menu icon in the upper left corner > Profile and settings > Profile > Identity verification > Verify now.
- Go to the Profile icon > Select Verification to complete your verification to meet Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
