How do I redeem my Simple Earn?

Note: some Simple Earn products don't support early redemption.

Checklist

On the app
Open your OKX app, go to Assets, or select Menu (6-dot icon) at the home page
Select Menu or Assets on the home page
Select Earn under the Earn and rewards section or at the action menu on the Assets page
Select Manage order and Redeem funds
Insert your preferred redemption amount and choose whether to redeem to your Funding account or Trading account, then select Redeem now
Read through the redemption summary and select Confirm to complete your redemption request
On the web
Log in to your account at okx.com and go to Assets > My Assets > Grow
Select your Simple Earn Flexible order in the By crypto or By product section
Select Redeem
Insert your preferred redemption amount and choose whether to redeem to your Funding account or Trading account, then select Redeem
