2. CARDS/USDT pre-open will take place from from 11:00 to 12:00 UTC on Jun 25, 2026.
3. CARDS/USDT spot trading will open at Jun 25, 2026 12:00 UTC.
4. CARDS withdrawals will open at Jun 25, 2026 14:00 UTC.
5. During Pre-open session and continuous trading, index-based limit rules will be applied.
