After you submit a withdrawal request on OKX, if the withdrawal has not arrived on the other platform for a long time, you can check the transaction status yourself via a blockchain explorer. This helps you identify which stage the withdrawal is currently in, for example:
Has the transaction been successfully broadcasted?
Checklist
- Check withdrawal status
- Log in to your account and go to Assets > History > Assets > Locate the relevant withdrawal record and copy the transaction hash (TxID).
- Step 2: Open the blockchain explorer
- Based on the withdrawal network you selected, open the corresponding blockchain explorer.
- Take corresponding actions based on the transaction status
- Confirm that the receiving address is correct.
- Confirm that the deposit and withdrawal networks match.
- Confirm whether a Tag or Memo is required and whether it was entered correctly.
