What's the P2P order completion rate?
P2P order completion rate reflects the overall order fulfillment rate of users. A higher completion rate indicates more stable user fulfillment, which helps increase the trust of trading partners. Its calculation method is as follows:
Checklist

- How to check your turnover rate?
- On the app
- Open the App > Select P2P Trading > select Profile at the bottom of the P2P page > look for the Completion rate to view.
- Enter into the P2P trading page from the home page
- On the web
- Open the official website > select Buy Crypto > P2P trading > My profile > look for the Total completion rate to view.
Notes
Completion rate = Number of completed orders ÷ (Number of completed orders + Number of cancelled orders)
If you've completed identity verification but not video verification and want to check your total P2P buy limit, you can manually calculate the Total transaction rate of your orders by referring to your Order amount to see how much you've cumulatively spent on completed buy crypto orders.
Note: After trading 5 orders with the same counterparty on the same day, the number of orders and turnover rate will not be counted from the 6th order.
We recommend you read the rule here carefully before engaging in P2P transactions.
