You are required to complete identity verification in order to make withdrawals.
When depositing or withdrawing crypto, make sure the network used matches the network of the destination; otherwise, your assets may be lost.
Checklist
- Log in to your account at okx.com, go to the Assets and select Withdraw.
- Select crypto to withdraw and on-chain withdrawal method
- Select crypto and on-chain withdrawal method to withdraw
- Complete the withdrawal details and select Next
- Select the withdrawal network from available options
- Complete the 2FA verification and select Confirm, your withdrawal order will be submitted
- Select crypto to withdraw and internal (free) withdrawal method
- Select crypto and internal withdrawal method to withdraw
- Complete the withdrawal details and select Next
- Select recipient and insert recipient info (Phone number / Email / Sub-account / UID)
- Complete the 2FA verification and select Confirm, your withdrawal order will be submitted
Notes
After you submit a withdrawal request, it will go through 4 statuses: Withdrawal Requested, Pending, Withdrawing, Completed. When the withdrawal details page shows Completed, it means the assets have left the platform. You will need to contact the support team of the receiving platform or wallet to verify receipt.
There are 2 withdrawal methods on OKX:
On-chain withdrawal: Transfer crypto via network to a wallet or an exchange.
Internal transfer: Transfer crypto instantly with zero fees to OKX users.
